The Alchemist by Panlo Coelho is an inspirational book which teaches you to always put your dream above everything and to be desperate to achieve it. Dreams are made to be followed. The Alchemist is a fable about following your dream. It's a story of boy named Santiago whose dream was to travel the world in search of treasure. He kept faith in God and started his journey, though he faced many failures and became disappointed but he kept moving on believing in "beginner's luck". He kept learning from his failures as well as from his achievements. He gained  many new experiences, met many new mentors and also found his true love during this journey. He kept moving on with alchemist until he achieved his dream of travelling and found his treasure. 
All failures and successes are just a part of your journey to achieve your dream. 
People never start because they are afraid of failures but remember that failures are the important steps towards your success. 
Be desperate to achieve you dream and when in confusion always listen to your heart

A Great Mentor I sense no one in this world is unfamiliar with this word โ€œFailureโ€. IMPERFECTION Is absolutely perfect  Imperfect consider as not perfect. But one should observe it carefully, it's I-m-perfect, ain't it? So now, what do you think who are you? A perfect person or an imperfect one? Before you reach any conclusion I would like to tell you confidently that I am not perfect. I can say boldly that I am imperfect but who do you think is perfect in this world, your family, your friend or any one of the billionaires? Think about it!
